I have had a ...

I have had a good experience in the past, but this time a couple issues. Fridge was broken, never stopped running wouldn't keep anything cold (had to unplug to get to sleep). Coffee machine in the room was broken. I was comped the room for a missed flight so i can't be too critical. Beds and pillows are super comfy. Service is top notch and a free airport shuttle a +

Absolutely gorgeous!!! The beds ...

Absolutely gorgeous!!! The beds were the most comfortable beds and the rooms were very clean! Every encounter with their staff was unpleasant, they’re not courteous at all. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip but the staff really need to work on having nice manners and at least be courteous with customers!
