I’m at Woolley’s now. It has so much potential. Rooms are very clean. Beds good. Wifi good. Lots of ambient noise including traffic so bring your ear plugs. However I’m so frustrated right now I’ve lost my appetite… I asked for softer feather pillows. Front desk told me “all pillows are the same”. Then housekeeping manager brought me softer feather pillows after I tried and tried asking other employees. I ordered the 1/2 chicken dinner “with au juice”. It came without au juice to be told the chef has gone home and it already has au juice. It did not. I went down to the restaraunt and a more willing waitress got me the au juice. I’m so tired of working so hard at tapping existing resources. Also I was told this hotel does not have room service. Waitress told me they do when it’s not too busy. Ok that’s good. This is a management issue. It won’t take much to improve your game guys!

WiFi up on the 4th floor was terrible but in the restaurant, it was good. Wish we got an outside window so the sun would come in. Looking down the interior left me feeling like I was in a cave. Stayed 4 nights. Got back late on first night and our room was not made up. Second night, both electronic keys did not work. Went to desk to fix, got to room, only one worked. Ugh. Close to airport with other big hotels.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and baths. But I found the heat very difficult to regulate. It was either stifling or very cold. Alao, avoid the hotel bar and grill. I had the worst Caesar salad ever made. RANCH dressing and dried out chicken.
