I have had a ...

I have had a good experience in the past, but this time a couple issues. Fridge was broken, never stopped running wouldn't keep anything cold (had to unplug to get to sleep). Coffee machine in the room was broken. I was comped the room for a missed flight so i can't be too critical. Beds and pillows are super comfy. Service is top notch and a free airport shuttle a +

Would be a 5 ...

Would be a 5 but have been trying to get ahold of room service for 10 minutes. Kinda frustrating to have to attempt multiple times to spend 18 dollars on a hamburger. Major fail to me
