Beds are wonderful! Great food. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, was the lady at the front desk was eating when I checked in and seemed irritated. Maybe she was just having a bad day or hangry

Among the best hotels ...

Among the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. The unassuming facade belies the grandiose main lobby that doubles as a fairly upscale restaurant. I won't dwell on it for too long, but I didn't expect such a lavish interior. The rooms are equally as luxurious, this was the best sleep I've had at a hotel hands down. The room was large, even with 2 beds, maybe twice the size of your average hotel room. Something I think is often over looked in double rooms, is number of sinks. One sink for 2 people NOT sharing a bed? Not ideal. Luckily, the bathroom featured a very wide double vanity — game changing! Immaculately clean, quiet neighbors, no unexpected wake up from housekeeping hours before you're ready to check out (this is a big one for me as I sleep late and happens often at budget hotels). Can't recommend highly enough

Wow! This is a ...

Wow! This is a beautiful hotel and I feel lucky to have had the chance to stay here. From the moment I walked in, I was overwhelmed by how grand it was. The lobby is huge and attached to a dining area that is filled with beautiful greenery and string lights. The room we stayed in was also very large and spacious with really tall ceilings, and included a little coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave tucked away in the closet. The bathroom was also very sizable, with a large shower (that had perfect water pressure) AND a big tub. The double sinks were appreciated and I loved the little black makeup towel provided. Great high quality bath products, a hair dryer, and plenty of towels were available. Everything was upscale, clean, and well-maintained. I've been in and out of hotels every night for the last month and stayed in some great places but this one was extra special and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Plus there were, I believe, 6 pillows!! Would have loved to have been able to stay longer but am so thankful for excellent night's sleep I was able to get here to prepare for a very long drive

Flight crews stay here

Hands down, this is the best DIA hotel, period. We called for the shuttle when we got our luggage and it pulled up just as we walked out the baggage claim door which was perfect timing. When we checked in, I signed up for a ride back to the airport in the morning. That saved me a day's chrges on the rental car and let my wife and autistic son sleep in while I went and got it and then parked in one of the many open spaces. A couple of flight crews shared the shuttle ride. I can't name their airlines, but I figure they know which airport hotels are good. Also at checkin, we were warmly (and humorously) welcomed as we directed to our room to go "over the river and through the woods." although we weren't going to grandmother's house. The river is the stream that runs through the atrium. There is a small bridge over the stream, some tall bushes (the woods) and then the access to our floor and room. There are also two elevators on either side of the atrium so you don't have to walk all the way around each level each time you come and go. My wife took one look at the spotless shower and seperate soaking tub and was ready to call off the rest of our trip. There is an (expensive, or at least I thought so) restaurant and bar on site and several places (applebees, a thai place, outback steakhouse ) within walking distance and roughly two dozen in easy driving distance. The only negative was that I have had trouble with "free" shuttle services before so I called ahead to make sure of how their system worked. The woman who answered basically bit my head off for wasting her time. So, don't call the motel before you leave, just call from the luggage claim. I also didn't understand why I needed a wait person to serve my sausage on the buffet lin while everything else is self serve. Is it a union thing or do they have a problem with people taking more sausage than they can eat? Oh well, overall it was a very good experience and we will stay at Woolley's when we go through Denver again
