Almost a 5
This hotel is beautiful! Rooms are spacious and quiet! Location is very convenient to airport. Only negative thing I can say is that the evening we arrived, they were understaffed. The few staff members we saw were extremely courteous and friendly. There were just not enough of them. In order to dine, you had to wait at the bar and place your order then find a table. The only clean one we found was the furthest from bar. Our poor waitress had a trek each time she came to check on us. Had the dining experience been easier, we would have given this an Excellent rating. I would not hesitate to stay there again

I read the reviews here on TripAdvisor before we booked our two night stay at this hotel. I was so surprised at the rating as my husband and I travel all over the world and I've never seen a rating so high for any hotel anywhere we've traveled. When we arrived we quickly noticed the reasons and what sets them apart from the others. The room was phenomenal. It was so nice to see an establishment that put their money into their rooms (where the people are actually "living") as opposed to the lobby, atrium, courtyard, etc. Not that the atrium, front entrance, etc, wasn't fabulous, the rooms were just so gorgeous and had a homey feel that you don't see in other hotels. The bed was beautiful, with a lovely wooden headboard. The mattress, duvet and pillows were just as home would be. Little embroidered detail on the pillows, and clean comfortable bedding, just made you want to stretch out and surround yourself with the 6 pillows on the California King size bed. Kudos to the decorator... the wallpaper, curtains, fabric on the chairs, even the lamps looked too be the highest quality. Stunning. The bathroom was also fabulous. With a large glass shower, a garden tub and marble floor and countertop. The small details that we absolutely loved included the crystal bath salt, the makeup wipe, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, even a bar of soap that was bigger than those tiny bars you get at other hotels. We also loved having a nightlight! These little details made it superb. There is a "happy hour" nightly from 5-6:30 with free beer, wine, and finger foods. What a treat! The restaurant food was nice also. I had a chicken sandwich (I would rate that a 6) and my husband had filet which presented itself beautifully. He rated it a 6 as well. Above average none-the-less. There's complimentary laundry as well. The front desk even gave us the Tide Pods! No charge for the use of the washer and dryer. After staying a week in Estes Park, it was nice to be able to do some laundry before taking the last leg of our trip. They picked us up at the rental car company when we dropped off our Jeep, avoiding having to get a taxi, Uber, or worse, having to shuttle to the airport only to shuttle back to the hotel. This too was no additional charge. The early morning shuttle to DEN was painless as well. After staying at Woolley's, I totally understand why the ratings are as they are. Spot on! If I were traveling to the Denver area again, there would be no other option for me. I highly recommend

Fantastic hotel near the airport!
We stayed here one night during our recent family vacation to Colorado. We loved it, and highly recommend staying there, even if you're not flying in or out of the airport (they have an airport shuttle). The hotel room and bathroom were both larger than average in size and nicely decorated. The hot breakfast in the morning (complimentary) was very tasty! Plus, they have a free cocktail hour (beer and wine) every evening. The staff was also very helpful. Excellent experience

Don't book this hotel through Expedia
I booked this hotel for three nights. I made the initial reservation through Expedia as part of a package since I purchased our flights and our car rental ( The car rental is another story!) and done in early July. Arrival date August 16, 2019. I called the previous Monday to inquire about shuttle services- my first clue that something was amiss was when I was told "they could not find my reservation". Several minutes passed -I gave them my itinerary number and all the information from my receipt payment to Expedia. They finally found my reservation and told me since Woolley's knew we were coming that the shuttle would automatically show up. I spoke to a female employee of Woolley's. We arrived on the 16th, and found out that our rental car was an hour away from the airport, and that they were closing in 45 minutes. That's another story! Eventually I canceled our rental car and spoke to Expedia directly to cancel it and not get charged for it. I asked for a confirmation email of the cancellation charge reversed, and I'm still waiting for it! So, we waited for the Woolley's shuttle to show up. Almost an hour went by and I called Woolley's where I was informed by a very rude young woman that " I should of known better, and called them to confirm"....!!!!!........ yes I lost it with her! I'm 66 years old and have extensively traveled, yet this little snot is giving me advice? My husband grabbed the phone before I hung up. I was ready to get the first plane back to our home! We were eventually told the shuttle would be there and where to find it. Why I was told misinformation when I called the previous Monday is beyond me. Highly aggravating! The shuttle comes along, and picks us up about a half hour later. I go to check in at the front desk, only to find that the hotel could not find our reservation ( NOT AGAIN!) . I showed her my paid receipt and itinerary, and after several minutes the reservation was found. Most of the staff was very accommodating to us and we loved them, except for the initial conversation I had with the rude young woman. Woolley's is a beautiful hotel with a great breakfast buffet ( your scrambled eggs should be served hot, by the way, and you need a new toaster)... and our room was luxurious. However there clearly some issues regarding "reservations between Expedia" and hotels, and rental cars, that need to be addressed. ASAP We will stay at Woolley's again, but we will directly book our room reservation with them. We will never go through Expedia again
